This is Ace. He is a gorgeous coming 3 year old, registered APHA, 15.3 (and still growing fast), Black and white gelding. He would make an amazing Western pleasure show horse as he carries his head naturally low and has a nice slow way of going, especially at the lope. He is athletic, rhythmical and stays at the same speed in all his gaits. He is one of the most affectionate horses Christie has ever had and would rather be with people than the other horses. If you let him he will hang out with you all day and follow you around. Christie has to get on her knees to clip him - he is so relaxed. He is also calm and loves to trail ride. He would be your horse forever. $7,500 SOLD Below are some wonderful pics and the sweetest letter from Joan, Ace's new owner. Although it looks as if Joan's daughter may have other thoughts about who gets to ride Ace! Thank you Joan and please keep the wonderful pictures coming!

 Dear Kirsten,

Below are some pictures of Ace with my daughter Gaby and my other horses.
We have a thoroughbred mare and a quarter horse gelding. We love Ace so
much!!! He is so kind and gentle for being such a young horse. He is a joy
and we are so blessed to have him in our family. We have discovered that
he doesn't like water much. We can't thank you and Christy enough.

Geronimo and his wonderful new owner Mary riding in the arena. Don't they look lovely together! Here is what Mary has to say about her sweet new fellow...

Thank you, he is sooo sweet. Yesterday my husband and I went out to see him in the turnout pasture to visit and give him an apple. My husband was purring to him like a cat and he really liked it. At one time he was falling asleep. He follows us around and is easy to catch in the pasture. He walks right up to us.

You can post the photos, I don't have a problem with that. He is so handsome! Everybody at the barn thinks he is so cool. He is so different from all the other horses. His one blue eye is so beautiful. He has two neighbors, one horse he bonded with from day one, his name is Nobody. Club is on his other side. They are retired race horses. Geronimo and Nobody kiss through the bars, it's so sweet.

SOLD TO FERNANDA IN MEXICO, THE NICEST LADY AND BEST HOME EVER.  Here is a lovely picture of Lady and her new owner in Mexico.

Hi Kirsten, how are you? I have some new pictures of lady she is finally at the mountains now, I just ride her today and she was very good, she is doing fine, she is getting used to this new place but I think she likes it, the barn is new to all our horses so they are all getting use to it. My brother ride her also he loved her too, youŽll see the pictures. The vet came in on Monday and had all the horses checked, he said she needs to eat more, the thing is she lost a little bit of weight because of all the movement from place to place, and he gave all a vaccine and a worming paste, so he said she will eat better after this also. She She is getting more shinny everyday, she is beautiful.

I will keep you posted with a lot of pictures if you would like to.

Warmly,

Fernanda.

This beautiful, sweet letter comes from Chrissy's owner Ally. It is so beautifully written and one of the kindest and most honest stories I have ever read. I am honored that Ally writes these and sends them to me still. It is stories like this that make life worthwhile and help those that may not understand the depth of the feelings that we horse-.lovers have for our dearest friends and the freedom and joy that they bring. Thank you so much Ally and I feel blessed that you and Chrissy have each for other. See if this doesn't bring a tear to your eye...

I was about to go ride her bareback when my mom yelled at me and two weeks later we brought her to a trainer.  (My mom said you could never be too safe with horses, which is very true.)  After a long grooming, I tacked her up and the trainer led her out to a round pen.  She gets on very slowly, Chrissy's ears swivel back slightly and she lets out a deep breath as if to say, "come on, just get on will ya?"  The trainer and I laughed.  She mounted all the way and Chrissy's ears pricked forward.  The trainer started walking her around the round pen a few times and from Chrissy's very good neck-reining skills, the trainer became more confident with her, taking her into a trot.  Right when Chrissy jumped into the trot, the trainer starts yelling, "Oh my god!!! Smoooooth trot!  VERRRRRRY smooth trot!!!!!!!"  So she was very impressed with Chrissy!!!  I ended up riding her a few minutes later and broke into tears at how my dream was coming true.  The scenery was beautiful and seeing Chrissy's forelock, ears and mane bobbing gently up and down before me made it all the more breath-taking!  I dismounted after a little while and we brought her back home where she was showered with love, affection and of course a bunch of treats!!! ^-^

As I look out the window right now I'm laughing and typing this at the same time.  My mom is outside digging up small cactus plants from one of our pastures and looking up every now and then to see one of my other horses-a strawberry roan Andalusian/Appendix mix filly named Journey-with her head low, breathing down my mom's neck!  Journey acts like Chrissy's little sister-most of the time chasing her around and annoying her, other times she's grooming Chrissy's back for attention and to show how much she really loves her!  It's adorable to watch!  Anyway, back to Chrissy! :)

We like to go on trail rides a lot...actually...that's all we ever do haha!  My street isn't concrete or asphalt, it's actually a dirt road, more of an urban part of where I live.  So it's nice and soft, easy on our horses hooves and very practical. Unfortunately for my parents, the tires of their cars kick up a lot of dust and get them all dirty!!! :D  So I like to take her out down the dirt road.  Cars, trucks and even huge boat-trailers pass by-Chrissy could care less, but they all slow-down to be considerate anyway. :) It goes about half a mile down until it comes to a turn-off to a boat ramp on one side and on the other is another dirt road with lots of hills and residential homes.
I never go down that part though, just the boat ramp route.  But in between the two turn-offs is a huge, fenced-in pasture that acts as a home to three  gorgeous ,gray Andalusians.  Chrissy and I will go up there sometimes and visit them, you should see it!  They start running along the side of the fence, whinnying and throwing their heads up and down when they see her coming!  It's the sweetest thing!  Though she doesn't take too fondly to them, most of the time she just sniffs them a little and strays away from them.  Then we'll turn around and head back home.  But first we'll go into a trail between a forest on one side and dozens of acres of orange groves on the other.  Chrissy and the other horses LOOOVE this trail, I'm not sure why.  Most of the time I loosen the reins up and let her take me where she wants to go, at her own pace.  Most of the time she likes just taking it through a slow walk and other times she'll kick it up a notch to a trot, but it's not really flat enough to go any faster.  Robins dart in and out of the orange trees into the forest and chirp as they go along, singing beautiful songs.  Chrissy loves listening to them, her ears swivel in all different directions when we're in that part of the trail.  Then I'll turn her around after a while and head home.  But it isn't a peaceful, lazy trot to get there and she knows it!!!  At the very tip of our 20-acre property, I used to move her into a gallop.  Now we've done it so much at that same spot that she actually switches into it herself!!!  Her ears will shoot forward, I'll tighten the reins up and I'll ask her gently, "are you ready to go gorgeous?"  That's when she kicks into high gear!!! :D  She springs into a kick-butt, full-force gallop with ears pricked forward, tail flagging behind her and mighty hooves pounding into the road.  I can feel every step she takes, every muscle bulging in and out when she runs, hear her heavy breathing and mane swishing and turning in beautiful waves.  I look to the left and see blurs of orange and green that were once orange trees.  I look to the right and there's a gorgeous, warm sun hiding over the bushes and hills.  I look ahead and see my dream horse's head rising and falling, rising and falling gently and slowly as if I'm lost in some sort of a once-in-a-lifetime dream...only.....it's real.  And that's what makes it so special for me, for us.  I feel like no one can touch us, we're unbeatable, invincible, almost godly.

So Chrissy has been fine Ms. Klindworth.  We've been having a GREAT time together and will for many more years thanks to you!

How is everyone at the stables?  I hope you sell the horses soon so you an have less pressure, but I bet it's really sad to see them all go too.  Lady Marmalade is a beautiful horse, I don't know why, but her in specific always catches my eye when I look at your webpage.  I'll send some pictures of Chrissy and I soon!  Just need to fix my camera! :D Have a great year!

Very sincerely,
    Ally

Here is a poem that Ally wrote about Chrissy before she bought her. It is wonderful.

Chrissy
Your beautiful mane flows as the sea,
You're the most beautiful dream horse to me,
Your long, slender legs run at soft gentle speeds,
Fulfilling all my desired needs.
Your hooves carry me smoothly toward the sea,
Where we will ride 'til sunset,
...Just you and me.

Sweet, Beautiful, Chrissy. There is no kinder, gentler horse on the planet. Chrissy is 11 years old, 14.2 hands and a registered Arabian mare. She is special to me because she is a half-sister my favorite horse of all time (Cory). Below is a picture of Cory lying down to help me on at the Arabian Horse Celebration in Colorado. Cory was qualified for Nationals as a 3 year old in halter and hunter and he received the International Award from the Arabian Horse Association last year for an outstanding feat performed outside the show ring. Chrissy is easy to breed, loves people, and is calm, gentle and willing. Her big, kind eyes make your heart melt all the way into your shoes - bring an extra pair if you come to see her. You are guaranteed to fall completely head over heels in love. She is also VERY smooth...comparable to a gaited horse at the trot. Amazing. She will walk, trot, canter, stops on a dime and rushes over to greet you from the pasture. If you want an easy horse to have, she is your gal. She would be perfect for any rider that can ride at all, confident beginner on up. She belongs to me and I wouldn't be selling her if I didn't just move from 30 acres to 7. If you end up getting Chrissy, I will send along some extra stamps, as you will be mailing me love letters every day.  Below are videos of Chrissy and the one in red is her half-brother Cory helping me on for a ride. Do you notice any similarities? $6500 Sold to Ally, the best home ever. Chrissy is one happy horse, thanks Ally!

-(# 92-39890) - Sunshine truly is the sunshine of your life and she is a great trail horse deluxe. She is a registered, blue-papered foxtrotter mare with excellent breeding and lots of crosses to Zane Grey, also Dusty's Diamond and Traveler's Willy Ray. I was going to keep her for myself to ride, but I still have a few too many horses. This was a hard decision to make. There is no smoother horse on the planet. Guaranteed. Every gait she has is SMOOTH. She walks, trots, gaits and canters. She neck-reins like a pro, comes off your legs nicely, backs, loads...she does everything but saddle herself up. If you can ride at all, you can ride Sunshine. She has fantastic conformation and no health problems of any kind. She has that fox-trotter way of going that may look a little funny to watch, but you are one smiling on the long trail rides when you get off with no sore knees, backs or bottom. Sunshine is a dream-horse and she only goes to a great home. I believe she is pretty enough to show at halter and win. I have never seen a prettier face or better conformation. She looks like a lady. She is 15 hands exactly with a stick and 6 years old. She will look at things and snort occasionally, but is not spooky.  She deserves her own person to love and ride her. You can ride her bareback with a halter straight out of the pasture. Please see the video.  She is set in her gaits and effortless.  Her back is very comfortable and she is a substantial gal. This video was taken after she hadn't been ridden in over a week and she came straight out of the pasture. She had maybe been ridden 1 time this month. It is difficult to tell in the pictures and video, but she has a beautiful arab-like dished head and nice quarter horse behind. She carries her tail proudly. She a stunningly beautiful horse. Wherever she goes she gets all the compliments. This is her pasture color, she is not stalled. She is a deep, shiny  gold. You can ride her loose-reined all over the neighborhood.  Her tail must be trimmed every so often to keep it from dragging the ground and her forelock touches her nose. There is no better horse than Sunshine. She is one of a kind. Song by the amazing Chaka Kahn and The Commodores (you never get tired of their songs do you?)

Heather asked to see a video of Sunshine being ridden bareback, so here it is! It is mid-February, Sunshine is in her full winter coat, 8 months pregnant, in her pasture shape and hadn't been ridden in a few weeks. This is the worst she will ever look. We did not lunge, work or ride her at all before Brandi rode her (only gave her an ice-cold bath). Here she is bareback with only a halter being ridden through the playscape, over the black mat, over the wooden "bridge" (only the 2nd time she has done this) and me leading her off an atv. Notice how respectful she is of your space and how she gives to the "bit", even when there is no bit. She is still a lady isn't she?

Sunshine is now checked in foal to Lord of Nights for a registerable half-arabian foal arriving on May 5 of 2005. It may be palomino, buckskin, black, bay or chestnut in color, but one thing is for sure - it will be gorgeous. See the sold horses page on my website for a picture of a beautiful buckskin arab-foxtrotter cross named Star. Lovely and so smooth. Great for trail riding, and a must for endurance riders that want to look rested after the race and not have to post all the time.  15K SOLD to John and Heather, the nicest people in the world. I'm sure Sunshine thinks she is in heaven right now. Please send me some pictures of her sweet baby!

Here is an update from Heather and John, Sunshine's new family -

Well....no baby yet!!!  Sunshine has finally bagged up and we are so excited!!! I think she could have it now or 3 or 4 days from now.  John and I are camping out with her tonight and every night until she has the baby!  We can't tell you how much we love Sunshine and how excited we are upon the arrival of our first born! Sunshine and I have become the best of friends and John has a crush on her too! Oh...john's horse Danger has the biggest crush on her ....we are starting to think he has residual hormones left!!! We will let you know and send pics as soon as the Baby arrives!

In my world, there is no prettier color than black for a horse (or more functional as far as looking great all year round and not showing dirt) and there is no prettier horse than a black Arabian. Everyone has a favorite color and this is mine. Sabrinah Bey has so many things going for her that I hardly know where to start. She is a homozygous black registered arabian mare, 14.1 hands, 8 years old and has the best breeding I have ever seen. NV Beau Bey, Bey Shah, Bay El Bey, Bay-Abi, Bint Miss Fire, and her Grandad is my favorite horse's Grandad in the world - Gdansk (Cory's Grandad - the horse that has won all the awards and lies down for me to mount). I have tons of great pictures of her so she gets her own page - you can also find her pedigree, registration papers and sweepstakes form on it.  Click here to see Sabrinah's page. I own her and she is amazing. She moves so beautifully - she piaffes without even knowing how to. Of all the nice-moving horses I have owned... she would make the best dressage horse. She is naturally collected and comes up under herself without the rider having to push her. Sabrinah gives to the bit, comes off your legs, side-passes, is extremely light to ride and a quick learner. She is also calm and has a good mind.   She has had a few healthy babies and passes along the dishy head that her breeding is known for. Since she is homozygous for the black gene, you are guaranteed a black foal if bred to a horse that carries a black gene and if bred to a homozygous stud, will probably get a homozygous gene in the foal. You can not find a better bred horse- let alone one that is black, homozygous and sweepstakes nominated (this means you can win money on her if you show her). $7,500 OBO Sold to Kate, the perfect home.

I have ridden Sabrinah about 5 times now and I am really enjoying her!  We've been on the trail a few times- alone- and she's been great.  Its fun getting to know her and she seems to be very content here.  I sent the papers and check out about 4 days ago (had run out of envelopes) so hopefully you'll receive it soon!

Sincerely,

She will probably begin training with the Arab barn I board my Morgan at in February.  I am reluctant to "share" her but its probably what's best.  I would like to try and keep her as a beginner/child's horse that way my 10 yo and 2 yo old (eventually) can ride her.  She seems to be very quiet at heart and I'd love to keep that part of her strong while tapping into her athletic side at the same time.  I am hoping that Sabrinah and Desi ( my Morgan ) can compete simultaneously in local shows at Training Level this Spring/Summer.  I'll keep you posted, for sure!

Kate

KM wrote this sweet poem about Sabrinah Bey, she is hoping to own her someday. It is so good, I had to post it (with the author's permission of course!)

Oh Sabrinah

Oh Sabrinah how lovely you are,
Oh Sabrinah how I see you afar.
Yes Sabrinah many admire,
But only I had my heart set afire.
God bless the two who created you,
For without them I would not have knew,
How beauty is described by looking at you.

This is Vana and Corey. Vana found the best home that ever lived with Tina and Corey and their lovely family. Vana had obviously suffered some abuse in her past and needed an understanding  person to help her through and Tina is her savior and my hero. Tina is learning the wonderful Parelli methods and Vana will follow her anywhere (even into a 2-horse trailer, that Vana was once so terrified  of). I feel so fortunate to have met so many wonderful friends with the horses, thank you Tina and Corey, you bring so much joy and kindness to the world.

Sweetie                                          Sweetie coming out             Sweetie in love

thank you Larry and Mary for giving Sweetie her wonderful new family. Below is a note from Mary who is doing very well with Sweetie. They are both wonderful folks.

Hi Kirsten,

I just wanted to drop you a little note. Everyone is fine. Sweetie and I have been working very hard lately, she is a great girl! I have one more class left, and I will have my training certification. I am so excited! Sweetie has been an enormous help to me.

I just visited your web site, your for sale page is looking more like your sold page everytime I see it!

I absolutely cannot believe you sold Fine Silver Sunshine! I loved looking at that horse! What a beauty!

Just wanted to say Hi!

Mary

Here are a couple of nice letters from Jackpot's new parents and such a dear family...

 Hi,

I just wanted you to know how grateful we are that you brought Jackpot to our family. We are so proud of him, and everyone was so nice and helpful to us. Being first time owners and making such a commitment not only financial, but the responsiblility of such a glorious spirit as Jackpot, was made fun and exciting by the people you put us in contact with.

We love Jackpot so much.  He is everything you said he was and more.  The boys just love him and Corey is doing very well with his roping practices.  ( Jackpot is doing better at practice than Corey, but Jackpot is a great teacher and very patient.)

We thank you so much for all the help you gave us and for bringing Jackpot and the wonderful friends that came with him.  We not only got Jackpot, but have become good friends with his former owner and his family and they are such a great family.

- Jody, Corey, Darla, Colton, and Dalton

How lovely is Sparkle? She is a 4 year old Classic Champagne (looks buckskin, but shinier) Blue-papered fox-trotter mare. She is 14.3 hands tall. She is out of Danney's Pride of Princess S. and her grandsire is the World Champion, Danney Joe W. She also has Missouri Traveler and many other awesome horses in her pedigree. She is bred to the teeth. The classic champagne is the rarest of all the champagne colors and there a very few fox-trotters that are champagne-colored and especially this pretty. Sparkle is calm and fun to be around. She is sweet and loves people and attention. She will come over and stick her head in your lap wanting some petting. She is built like a quarter horse and has a lovely face. She is completely sound and healthy. Since the champagne gene is a dominant gene, she has a high likelihood of throwing champagne babies. She looks like a very shiny buckskin. I hope you can see the amazing shiny sheen on her coat, this is why everyone loves the champagne color. Sparkle is a mellow horse, laid back and easy going, but also wants to please.  She is a very, very nice horse.  She neckreins, backs, side-passes and loves the trail. The first series of videos below were taken after 45 days of training, the second and third series after a little over 2 months of training. The third series of videos are my favorite so please check those out. We ere riding Sparkle for the first time here at my place and I had to grab the video camera again as she was doing so well. We didn't work her at all, she hadn't been ridden in a week, and we took her up to every scary thing here and she went right over it. She even went up to the very scary trampoline with my daughter jumping on it. Part 5 of the videos shows her going over the wooden bridge and through the playscape for the 2nd time. We also took Sparkle on her first big ride at the lake and she was fantastic. She was our brave leader and even if she saw something she hadn't seen before, she would go up to it and take a better look. She is a very nice horse and calm. We didn't work her before Christie rode her out. Of all the foxtrotters Christie has trained for me, Sparkle is her favorite, hands down (yes, that includes Sunshine and PJ). SOLD to Shellie. Sparkle is a lucky gal - Shellie, you are the best home ever. Many happy trai

Hi Kirstie,
I had to let you know we are madly in love with "Sparkle"! What a personality! My 12 year old son is still claiming her as his. She is lovely! I've never been around a MFT before but she has me convinced they are wonderful! Now I wish I could get "Kachina" also so my son and I would each have one! Thank-you so much for selling her to us! The videos you make help so much! There is no doubt about the right horse and being able to see things about them. Thank-you! Have a great week-end. Shellie

     SOLD

This is Morgans Easter Candy- affectionately known as Easter. She is a beautiful, FLASHY, 2 year old, 14.3 hand, tri-colored, APHA registered, full-sister to BT Versary Robin (the amazing Robin Hood pictured above). Picture her as big as he is and imagine the show potential, and how you'd get noticed in the ring! She can move too. She belongs to Bob and this is a great price for a horse of this quality and color. We could not clean up Easter for this video because it gets cold even in Texas, so try to imagine how lovely she looks all clean and shiny and with her whites sparkling. This is her with her winter coat , unclean and in her pasture shape. Check out her perfect head, neck, movement and LOUD color. She knows her basics, is easy to lead, trim and stands tied. She is truly something. She is ready to go to training and win for you or to be the prettiest horse on the trail ride... $3800 OBO  SOLD!

click HERE for Easter's registration papers

Here is what Easter's new owner had to say about her-

Beautiful mare!! I found her to be exactly as described. I would buy another paint horse from Bob Temple (breeder/former owner) in a heartbeat!! Ground manners are excellent on this almost three year old! Horse was in excellent health when delivered. It just doesn't get much better than this!!!

            SOLD!

Remy is an awesome 5 year old, 16 hand, registered paint homozygous stallion. He has been trail ridden practically all his life by a friend of mine Carol Daugherty (yes a woman!) all over the place. You name it - Remy has been there. His registered name is Raisin Summer Caine. He is very well -bred. Remy is  knock-you-over handsome and so sweet. He is really just a great trail gelding with a few extra attachments (if you know what I mean) so you can have lovely black and white paint babies when you aren't riding. He tests negative for the "red factor" gene, so cannot produce offspring with the sorrel color or any offshoot of that. Has been tested "highly likely" for the tobiano homozygous gene. There is a 3 minute long video following that shows a filly out of him and him being ridden all over the show, but you will need a high-speed internet to view it. Isn't he amazing? He has never produced a solid foal, even out of solid colored mares and grey mares. You can breed to him in 2004  and have your own big, beautiful, spotted horse. Contact me for details.$12,900 OBO SOLD to Jan. Remy is a very lucky guy - Jan will love him forever. Jan is standing Remy at stud in Maine, contact me for details.

note from Jan (Remy's new owner) on their first show-

This was the first show this year for Remy and I. His first show ever and my first time Western in 30 years. WE got 5th in Western Pleasure, 4th in Western Equitation, 3rd in Champion Western for the money class and won $5, and we got 1st in Green Horse. I was very pleased with him. Next show July!

Sweet Baby! - SOLD                                                                                       Picture of Baby and her new family

Attached is a picture of Baby taken this morning along with my wife, Margy and our daughter, Tyler.  Yes, she is a doll with an incredibly sweet face and demeanor.

above is what Louis had to say about Baby since they have had her.

Rockette (that how we pronounce her name)  is so sweet. She loves attention. Have you ever seen a softer eye? She is a 1 year old, blue-papered Missouri fox-trotter filly. She is a good size now and should mature to 14.2 to 15 hands. She is kind and gentle and wants to please. She is a lady.  She leads well and loads and has a very calm mind. She is easy to work with and I think she will be very easy to train and love forever. She has a lovely long mane and tail that will get even longer and fancier.  She is sound and healthy. She is very well bred with 2 crosses to Zane Grey as well as Zane's Charming Lad, Zane's Charming Lady, and Zane Grey's Puzzle and best of all, she is a Great Grandaughter of Missouri Traveler E., you all know who that is. I really, really like this filly. Below is a picture of Rocket's full sister when grown. She will look like her except prettier! Sweet. $1500 SOLD to  Terry and Cynthia, the nicest people in all of California. Rocket will sure love the climate!

Here is what Rocket's new owners have to say about her -

Kristy,

Yes you can for sure put it on the website, because there's no lying here.  Rocket is more than we expected she has had her ground work done and all of my worries & fears have been put to rest about buying a young horse.  She gave me licks (kisses) when we arrived today I really hated to leave her.  My husband (Terry) fell in love with her at first sight, I told him that I could have stood on all fours and waged my tail at him and maybe it wouldn't have taken so long to rope him in. LOL...

We are very happy with Rocket that we will be calling you here shortly for another horse.  We respect your knowledge & know-how of horses and would tell anyone that you are as solid as a rock that won't crumble.   Again, thank you for allowing us to have Rocket in our lives.  We will Love her like she is one of our children.

Very Happy Horse Owners,

Cynthia & Terry

And there's no lying here, because that's the truth.

Here is a letter from Nancy, Cherry's new owner and the nicest person ever...

Hi Kirsten

I am so in love with Cherry.  I was thinking of breeding her.  Maybe not right now but in a year or so, do you have any suggestions.  I love the way she looks and her temperament.  I would like the baby to be black or at least look like her mom.  I would love to have a little Cherry.

Let me know
Thanks Nancy

I will send pictures.  Let Karen know how great we are all doing.

Isn't Andy awesome? Here he is at 1 year old, in his pasture shape, unwashed. Can you imagine what he will look like in a year?! He is a registered. blue-papered foxtrotter colt.  I think he will get to be around 14.3 hands tall or maybe a little taller. He leads well, loads and comes rushing over to greet you and in the pasture. He is a sweet, good-natured guy and is a favorite around here.  He is going to be very flashy and beautiful when full grown and his tail is the prettiest color I have ever seen...flaxen with red and whites in it. If you are interested in him, please contact me soon as I may start to love him even more and raise his price. His eye is always kind and he tries really hard to do the right thing. He is a special guy and he deserves a good home forever. SOLD to Linda, the sweetest person and best home ever. I hope you don't mind shipping me as well!

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

This is a letter from Lacey, who bought "Zee" from me years ago. Z is an awesome barrel racing arabian and he is very fast. I just recently got back in touch with them and here is a small part of the lovely letter she sent. Hearing these nice stories makes my whole year a good one...thank you Lacey and Z.

Z is just fine.  I barrel raced him the last couple of years and did ok.  He just isn't the happiest running barrels.  I did find his true calling though.  He LOVES to road ride, or trail ride.  He can out walk anything including cart horses and mules.  He doesn't tire out and he ENJOYS it so much!
Z is pretty special.  He has been taken over by my daughter.  She catches him in the pasture, pulls him up to a fence, and jumps on with just a halter and lead rope.  He will only trot and slow canter with her on him.  She is going to do youth barrels with him next year.  I think he will like it better since he won't have to run as fast.
Z has a permanent home here with me.  I can't imagine being without him.  I only wish he wasn't 16 already!!  I am attaching a few pictures of him from last year running barrels with me.  He is fat and sassy here and has everything that he would want or need.  Write me when you can!  Thanks, Lacie

LOWER PRICE! Kiss is fantastic! She is a lovely registered black/bay foxtrotter mare that I have for sale and she is such a sweet gal. She is a favorite to ride and so willing and responsive and SMOOTH! She is as smooth as they come. She is as sweet as she is pretty too. Please give me your name and address if you'd like a video of her.  I have WAY too many horses right now, so she is regretfully for sale. You can ride behind the saddle, go under her stomach and slide off her behind and she will stand stock still for all of this with no one holding her. She crosses everything and is so surefooted. She is a joy to handle and a blast to ride. You can ride her bareback with a halter right out of the pasture. She is 8 years old and 14.2 hands. To a great home only. Please see the video short on www.equine.com or send me your address and I'll mail you a longer VHS. Kiss is a good, honest, safe trail horse. Whoever ends up getting Kiss will  be the luckiest rider in the world - she is not just a good horse, but one of the great ones. $4300 LOWER PRICE! SOLD to Rosemary who had not ridden for 40 years and looked like she hadn't missed a day! It was love at first sight for both of them. Thank you Rosemary for making this a wonderful day and Happy Birthday!

About Me:
Kirsten Klindworth  - I have been riding, breeding, training, handling, marketing, appraising, showing, loving and (more recently) driving horses for 35+ years. I now own, helped train and am fortunate enough to breed the horse who has won more USEF Championships than any other MFTHBA (Missouri Foxtrotter) or (SSHBEA)Spotted Saddle Horse in history. He is also the 2009 MFTHBA World Jumping Champion, the 2010 SSHBEA World Grand Champion Stallion, 2010 SSHBEA Youth World Jumping Champion, Open High Jumping Champion and 2011 Pinto PtHA, Amateur World Jumping Champion - Shaker's Jamaican Pride - and many Reserve Champion Mares as well as Top 5 and Top 10 winners. Horses have filled my life with joy, humor, love and compassion and I believe that they deserve the same in return. "Horses will give you so much more with their heart than you can ever win with fear" is my motto. I created www.Greattrailhorse.com 10 years ago and now hope to share any extra horse-knowledge I have (mostly accidentally) acquired throughout the years with you on www.EHorseVideos.com . Many happy trails to you!
