Great Trail Horse video tips-

I know that sometimes the videos give us a hard time, so here are a few things you can try if the videos are not coming up or aren't playing through. I hope this helps!

1. Only play the longer videos if you have high speed, they will lock up your dial up network.

2. Let the video start to play on its own, don't try to make it play until it is ready. Sometimes if you push the play button on your Windows Media Player or MPEG player before it is downloaded, it won't play at all, or it won't play the whole video and it is very hard to get it to come in properly after that, especially in MPEG.

3. If you have pushed the play button prematurely, try playing the same video in a different format (like MPG), then come back to the other format later - or restart your computer and try again.

4. Try viewing the videos when the internet isn't too busy, like later in the evening. It seems that many people are on surfing from 6 to 8 at night, so the videos may come in more slowly at these times.

5. Call me or write for a DVD or VHS, they are better quality and the DVD's hardly cost anything for me to mail to you. I am happy to do this!

6. The Windows Media videos need to have a more recent version of the Windows Media Player software downloaded onto your computer to play so here is the link to get it...
